Branding

Upload your logo, set a brand color, and configure white-label mode, custom domain hosting, and custom CSS to match all client-facing pages to your brand.

Starter plan and above.

Customize how your onboarding forms, emails, and client portal look to clients. Go to Settings > Branding to configure these options.

Upload your logo as a PNG or SVG file (max 2 MB). It appears on:

  • Onboarding forms (header)
  • Client emails (header)
  • Client portal (header)

If no logo is uploaded, your business name is displayed as text.

Brand color

Set a hex color code for your brand. This color is used for buttons, progress bars, links, and interactive elements across all client-facing pages.

What clients see

With branding configured, your clients see a form that matches your brand identity.

On the Free plan, Portico branding appears on client-facing pages. On Starter and above, you can remove Portico branding entirely. On Business plans, you can go further with full white-label mode including a custom domain.

White-label

Business plan only.

White-label mode removes all Portico branding from client-facing pages. Your clients see only your logo, colors, and business name. This applies to:

  • Onboarding forms
  • Client portal
  • Emails (sent from your domain if custom domain is configured)

Custom domain

Business plan only.

Serve your client portal and onboarding forms from your own domain instead of the default Portico URL. Configure this in Settings > Branding and follow the DNS setup instructions.

Custom CSS

Business plan only.

Inject your own CSS to fully control the visual appearance of client-facing pages. Enter your CSS in Settings > Branding > Custom CSS. This is useful for matching specific brand guidelines that go beyond logo and color configuration.

Custom CSS applies to all client-facing pages, including onboarding forms and the client portal. Test your styles in Preview mode before sending onboardings to clients.
