It depends on your plan. Free includes 3 onboardings per month, Starter gives you 25, Pro gives you 100, and Business is unlimited. Each onboarding counts once, when you first send it to a client. Drafts, tests sent to your own email and change requests do not count. Reopening a completed, cancelled, or expired onboarding counts as a new one. If you need more, you can upgrade anytime from your account settings.

Portico uses Stripe for all subscription billing. You can pay monthly or annually (annual plans save about 25%). There are no contracts — cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Yes. Every Portico plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost — including the Free plan. There is no per-seat pricing. Invite your entire team from the workspace settings page.

On Pro and Business plans, you can replace Portico's default branding with your own. Upload your logo and set your brand colors. You can also connect a custom domain so clients see your URL, not ours.

Yes. Portico is hosted on Supabase with all data encrypted at rest and in transit. We are GDPR compliant and never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You start with 14 days of full Pro features — no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You keep your data, your team, and 3 onboardings per month. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock higher limits and Pro features again.
