It depends on your plan. Free includes 3 active onboardings per month, Starter gives you 25, Pro gives you 100, and Business is unlimited. An active onboarding is one that hasn't been completed or archived yet. If you need more, you can upgrade anytime from your account settings.
Portico uses Stripe for all subscription billing. You can pay monthly or annually (annual plans save 20%). There are no contracts — cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Yes. Every Portico plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost — including the Free plan. There is no per-seat pricing. Invite your entire team from the workspace settings page.
On Pro and Business plans, you can replace Portico's default branding with your own. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and optionally connect a custom domain so your client portal lives at your own URL. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
