Refund Policy

Free Tier

Portico offers a free tier with no payment required. There is nothing to refund on the free tier.

Paid Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account is not deleted — it reverts to the free tier when the paid period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 14 days of an annual renewal. To request a refund, email us at support@portico.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Monthly renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge).
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase or annual renewal.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
