Sign up at app.portico.run. The account needs no card, and the button on this page takes you straight to the offer in your billing settings.

Pay $399 once through Paddle

Portico Pro switches on for your workspace as soon as the payment clears, with 3 months included. Paddle sends the invoice.

Send what you use today, then review

Reply to the confirmation email with your intake questions, engagement letter and document list. Rough drafts and old PDFs are fine. We build the onboarding in your workspace, and you review it before any client sees it.

The setup offer in plain language

The Portico setup offer is a one-time payment of $399 for 3 months of Portico Pro with the client onboarding set up for you.

The setup covers three things, all in your own branding. You get an intake form built from your current questions and an engagement letter ready for e-signature.

You also get a document checklist that reminds clients about anything still missing.

Nothing renews. When the 3 months end, the workspace moves to the free plan unless the owner chooses a monthly plan.

The payment is handled by Paddle and can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
