Portico offers four plans. All plans include unlimited team members and the core form builder with conditional logic.

Annual plans save 20% to 25%:
- Starter — $29/month billed annually
- Pro — $59/month billed annually
- Business — $119/month billed annually
What counts as an active onboarding
An active onboarding is one with a status of sent or in progress during the current month. Once you mark it as completed, it no longer counts against your monthly limit. Drafts, completed onboardings, and cancelled onboardings are free.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features including API, SMS reminders, field translations, and compliance tools. No credit card is required.
When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings > Billing to:
- View your current plan and usage.
- See how many onboardings you have used this month against your limit.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- View payment history and download invoices.
Upgrading
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. Your billing cycle starts from the upgrade date.
Downgrading
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to higher-tier features until then. Features not available on your new plan (for example, API access on Starter) become unavailable after the switch.
Payment methods
Portico accepts all major credit and debit cards. Annual Business plans can also be paid by invoice.
Portico does not charge transaction fees on payments you collect from clients through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account and receive payments directly. Standard Stripe processing fees apply.
